AT&T has established an IT apprenticeship program with Northern Virginia Community College and the Virginia Section of Labor and Industry, the organization introduced Tuesday.
The two-12 months plan will provide learners information and facts technological know-how schooling and 2,000 hrs of on-the-occupation training in technological, smooth skills, lab perform and connected expertise. They will receive five industry certifications in A+, Network+, Safety+, CCNA and ITIL.
Those picked will operate as section-time AT&T workforce and coach at NOVA’s Reston elaborate and AT&T’s Oakton facility.
