Hitachi to obtain US program developer GlobalLogic for $9.6 bn

Hitachi Ltd explained on Wednesday it will purchase U.S. software program organization GlobalLogic Inc for $9.6 billion, as the Japanese industrial conglomerate aims to develop from electronics hardware to electronic products and services.
