IBM accused of stealing trade secrets and techniques from Chinese joint enterprise

(Reuters) – Beijing Neu Cloud Oriental System Engineering Co — a joint venture established to provide IBM server products in China — sued IBM Corp and its Chinese subsidiary in Manhattan federal court on Friday for allegedly stealing its trade tricks.
Neu Cloud explained in the criticism that IBM gave private customer facts from their partnership to a rival joint undertaking it afterwards formed with another Chinese business.
