He has a bachelor’s degree in data devices from Rochester Institute of Technological innovation and a master’s degree in business enterprise administration from the SUNY Oswego. Lerkins is a member of the Upcoming Leaders Advisory Council and NYCUA Youthful Gurus Commission. He lives in Webster with his spouse and 4 small children.
