KC names new Dean of Small business & Data Know-how
Dr. Mark Clark has been named as Dean of Business enterprise & Facts Technological know-how, as authorized by the Kilgore University Board of Trustees in December.
“It has been a serious aspiration come true to be a part of historic Kilgore College or university and return household to East Texas,” Clark explained. “The KC staff is major-notch in each and every way, and I am honored to be assigned as the new Dean for Organization & Data Technologies. I assure to work tricky and ensure that our students get what they want from their instruction at KC.”
Clark arrives from Houston Baptist College exactly where he served from 2018 to existing as assistant professor of Entrepreneurship the director of the McNair Middle for Entrepreneurship and No cost Organization and was application coordinator for the Learn of Science in Management and Entrepreneurship.
“We’re extremely energized to have Dr. Mark Clark be part of the tutorial staff. He delivers a wealth of encounter and enthusiasm to this critical position, and we appear ahead to the innovation that will benefit our learners,” explained Dr. Mike Turpin, VP of instruction.
About Dr. Clark:
Just before operating at Houston Baptist University, Clark was research director at the Axiom Academy in Peterborough, England, from 2017-18, and labored at New Mexico Condition University from 2014-17 as an assistant professor of Administration & Internet marketing.
From 2015-16 he worked in Bogota, Columbia, as an economics teacher at Universidad de LaSalle.
From 2007-14, Clark served as Professor of Enterprise Administration, Economics and Private Finance at Collin College, and from 2002-07, he was VP of land acquisition at the Lennar Corporation in Miami, Fla.
From 1998-2002, Clark served as associate athletic director and mentor for The University of North Texas.
Prior to UNT, he worked at Texas Instruments where by he was VP of Services Administration.
He gained the pursuing degrees from The UT Dallas: Bachelor of Arts Grasp of Science in Promoting Grasp of Organization Administration Learn of Arts in Entrepreneurship & General public Coverage and a Doctorate of Philosophy.
