A role has been established for a Member to take part in Trustee Board meetings (with “observer” status).
This is to convey new competencies to the current Board and reinforce its Governance by supporting the implementation of the Governance review recommendations. Specifically, to fulfil our function of creating an helpful, inspiring, and inclusive culture that is basic to the accomplishment of the Institution.
In becoming a member of the Board, the Member will participate in a vital function in encouraging to champion the culture transformation programme. The Establishment is now creating a new strategic approach to its tradition and has the ambition of embedding this across its world-wide functions, for all associates and staff members.
You will do the job intently with the Trustee Board, our Human Means Director, and the Implementation Team.
This purpose is a non-remunerated, volunteer function and will be for a bare minimum phrase of 1 calendar year. The incumbent will attend Trustee Board meetings to recommend on matters of cultural transform and advise the Board on the development becoming made in the wider Institution. The part holds “observer” standing on the Board and is as a result non-voting, in line with our by-rules.
